Arcee Electronics — About additional warranty

I have purchased a tv and other appliances from Arcee electronics Vashi store. While purchasing I have paid extra money for additional warranty which is provided via one assist app which is a third-party member of Arcee electronics.

Recently I saw some defect in my tv and tried to contact Samsung company, so they informed us that our as initial warranty is over and additional warranty was remaining. So, I tried to contact Arcee electronics, but no one was available on the store and whatever contact number was provided was always switched off.

One assist company for providing additional warranty is no longer in alliance with arcee electronics. So, they asked us to contact Arcee electronics.

I visited their store, but no one was available, and one customer toll free number is mentioned on their website which is always switched off.

So, what is use of paying so much money for their warranty when no warranty is provided, and they don't have any customer service for their customers.
