I had booked a Rakhi order to be delivered by Aug 22, 2015. However till date not delivered. This type of service reflects your poor performance.
My order number AL[protected] has been delayed beyond the expected delivery date of Aug 22 and has missed the very occasion that it was sent for.
I have sent many emails to Mr Vikas Tak - the compliance manager, the helpdesk, archiesonline blogs, facebook, and innumerable attempts to get through Ms Chanchal of your so called customer care number.
After repeated attempts the status was changed yesterday that shows dispatched via USPS without any tracking number and to your information there is no USPS service in Canada.
