My name is frank williams, i reside in ontario canada. I placed my order on june 17th 2017. When trying to track my order thru fedex, i get a response occasionally that it is on route, but when i try to track it thru archie's tracking, there is no such order. Today the 23rd of june i attempted to call your head office in india, only to be yelled at and then was hung up on.
I am now wanting a full refund of my 90.00 as your company has no problem taking money but not sending the products purchased. Here is my info given by your company when i placed my order;
