Archies Online — Not delivered my product | |||
I made an online order from archies online on 17 August 2015 and to be delivered on 27 August as per their column. And I paid Approximate $22 AUD from my mastercard. My order number is AL[protected]. As I can see the status it is delivered on 28 August 2015 to Gojavas courier with the docket no. DELACHP104931. I called to archies online on 27 August 2015, they said it will get delivered on 28 August 2015 in the evening when it suppose to be delivered on 27th of august 2015, but still I agreed with them. But it is not been delivered on 28 August 2015, then I check the status and called to GOJAVAS courier, now they are saying it will get delivered on 31 August 2015, furthermore when I said him that i want money back or give me your ID number or i want to talk to your HD, he disconnected my call without letting me know that he is gonna disconnect my call. It was the Rakhi, I made the order online for my brother on the occassion of Rakshabandhan, and he is not gonna get them.
