Archies Online — ordered a gift on 18th of december which is still not delivered

I have placed an order on the 18th of december 2018.
Order no. Al[protected]
Which has not been delivered.
I emailed them and they have not taken any action. They have not delivered the gift not have they reimbursed the money. Today when i checked my account details on archie’s it says that i have no order history. They have just deleted proof of the order.
How can this issue be resolved?
