Archies Online — Product Not Delivered - No one is answering / replying to mails / chat | |||||
I have placed the order for Charming-Adorable Gift CODE: PRE27 (Order No. AL[protected] on Feb 13, 2017 at 2.50 pm. The website claimed that package would be delivered on the same day if placed before 4 pm. However, I asked them to deliver the package on February 14, 2017 by selecting the date in their website. The order status from February 13 shows "Printed and ready for packing" and till now its the same. Tried calling their customer care number almost 19 times (only once it rang but no one picked and all other times it was not getting connected), sent mail (no reply), initiated a chat (no reply). Have no idea about my order. the order value is Rs. 1699. If they are not able to deliver by tomorrow I would need a REFUND for the same. This was my biggest mistake in my life by ordered from archies online for the first time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
