Archies Online — Product not dispatched

I ordered the product in archiesonline.com but they didnot dispatched still now.
Whenever i called they are saying that ready for dispatch. I called so many times but no response till now.

called your customer care number, they connected to Mr.M Naveen kumar. He is telling, I'll call you after 5mins.

This is called Customer care... this is ISO certification...

Nearly I called 12 times to your customer care number, after connecting to support, they are disconnecting call.

I don't want your service, Please returned back my hard earned money...

Useless support from your company...

I paid Rs.999 and Rs.6000...

Pay my money back, don't call me back nad try to return my money...
