A product (Rakhi) was ordered (No - al[protected] on 14th aug with a promise to that it would be delivered same day and have also been charged rs 100 more. However, the product was not delivered even after 2 days of promised date.
I have called up the helpdesk to cancel my order now as the product will not be any use to me now.
However, i have been told that it cannot be cancelled as the product has already been dispatched.
First of all, the commitment has not been met on the delivery date otherwise i could have planned for alternate ways to buy the rakhi.
Secondly, now since you have delayed i can't take that product because it will be of no use to me now. Please take back the product if it gets delivered to my home and has to be a collected.
Thirdly, please process a refund of the entire cost which was charged to me. Was this information helpful? |
