Archies Online — They are claiming same day delivery and after 2 days still gift not delivered

I have order on 14th Feb and on website they have claimed same day delivery but till now its not delivered

There is no one response our query I have logged in my complain into archives, still open. There is no one to care about it.

Its looks scam and fraud company.
