Archies Online — track order option says no order history

I have been trying to reach archie's online through their helpline number which says is barred and emailed my concern and got no response... My order that i placed on 13 may for some reason has been cancelled i would like to know about your refund policy... The website mentions refund in such cases would be done in 4 to 5 days. My track order says no order history since 19 may. I expect a response please.
