[Resolved] Arihant Books — poor customer service | |||
i ordered a set of books worth Rs700 on 1-june-2014 and it is 12-june-2014 today and i have not received any update on the product except that in a page an order confirmation alone is displayed.when i mailed to their customer service they did not reply and i tried calling two telephone numbers which were answerd but no one talked. i have paid the cash through card in advance and they treat a customer like i am getting it for charity on the other hand service by flipkart jabong snapdeal are all cash on delivery and they give update in real time and we can pay in cash on delivery. the service by arihant is the worst i have ever faced Was this information helpful? | |||

Did you finally get it?...Even I am having the same problem. I ordered on[protected] and they only received the order after 6 days, very worst. When i wanted to cancel the order I tried calling and emailing so many times with no response. I advise all people to stay away from 'arihantbooks.com' instead go for FLIPKART which give the same books for more or less the same price.
