Army — atm card

I have a salary account in axis bank. 6 months prior I lost my credit card, blocked it and applied for new card from nearest branch. Since last 6 months I have not received the card. I have spoken to branch manager, costumar care, applied on line but not yet received. Without card it is very difficult for transactions. The problems are I am serving in Army, My account is in Ambala Cantt. Due to frequent transfers I rome from each and every place of the country. Presently I am posted in Babugarh one of the remote place in UP of Dist-Hapur, PIN-245201. Being salary account I have to move 20 kms from Babugarh to Hapur for transactions through cheques as there is no nearest AXIS BANK. I Have even changed my residential address on my account. Please help me to get my card at the earliest. I will be ever greateful to you for this act of kindness.
