Arr Shelters — token advance not returned.

I am an ex serviceman, named l suresh kumar, was booked a plot in arr shelters, coimbatore accordingly rs 10000/- token advance given on 28 jan 2018. After 15 days, i want to clean my plot and agreement for the plot may also done for the above. But the plot was not cleaned by the builder named ps mohammed of local area of coimbatore. Once, i was asked him to not clean the area, he replied that the plot is in problem. Then, i asked him to refund the token advance. He told me that within a week, i deposit the amount in your account. Therefore, the original receipt and my bank details are handed over to the assistant of his office. But till date the amount not returned, he is cheating the customer in the name of real estate. Therefore, you are requested to blacklist the builders and instruct them to refund my amount at the earliest.in future, this type of fraud will not occur.
