I met Anurag when i visited Jodhpur last october. Then i found him very genuine. He came to my hotel (Ranbanka Palace) to pic me up. I visited his store and impressed by his sweat talking (Infact he is the notorious cheater).
On 26th December 2014, i have ordered DoubleBed42 model on his website. The deal was for 18500.. and i have transferred 50% on the same day as advance. After many reminders and calls he has shown me some pics of my finished product after one month. But i have rejected that as it was not matching the model what he has put on website. Then he went offline, stopped answering my calls. After couple of weeks Pradeep came into picture. he said he will send me the exact matching one and he has put another bed pics which were bit close to the one premised to me. I got satisfied and told him to ship. Today 19th Feb 2015 i have got my parcel but when i opened and see.. i found the one which i have rejected. Side tables were not at all suited to the bed and can't be fitted and supporting bars are not matching with the bed. Total mess up and nonsense. These guys are cheaters with not ethics. Less cross bar (divide by 2). Since morning i am trying to contact Anurag ([protected]), Pradeep ([protected]) immediately, but none of them are answering!!!
SO ONE ADVICE, DON T ORDER ON THEIR WEBSITE or believe in their sweet words. Especially that cheater Anurag..
