Artech Infosystems — Not getting salary of last month

5th April, 2022 was my last working day and as per company policy it should take 45-60 days for FnF settlement and now after 100+ days they are saying that you were not marked labor claims on xxxx days ( which are all together THREE WEEKS) that too of last year, seriously!
Is it kind of joke ? If your portal fair to recognise my missing labor claim then why won't you deducted my salary that time?
Now they are telling these things where I don't have any type of access to show them my worked efforts.
Initially i thought that its a process that's why it's being delayed but now it seems to be different.
I don't believe that such big companies reach to such cheap level. Guys help me to get my salary back.
