Artech Infosystems Private Limited — Driver and conductor of bus no 892 having registration no dl1pd 5852

This is in reference to the bus no 892 having registration no DL1PD5852,
First they didn't not stop the bus on th bus stand of Jhandewalan mandir, and second when we stop the bus by showing hand and board the bus. After that I said why you didn't stop the bus on bus stand.
Then the conductor nd driver started to argue and said that " isko bus mai chhda ke galti kr di"

I woul like to know that
1. Is this bus related to govt or driver and conductor that they will decide whose passengers will board the bus.
2. Why they didn't stop.the bus on bus stand.
