Artycraftz.in — Broken item received and no refund given even after 9 months

I had purchased a Buddha showpiece of 2 feet on 15 June 2023 for Rs 3099/- . Since then started my bad fate.. No response from the team of tracking link and after continuous followups, I received the product on 10 July 2023, which was broken. I took a video of the opening of the product and it was evident that it was broken inside.. I send the pic and video to them immediately, they said it will be picked up within 2 days.. again, after contnuous followups, pickup was done after 10 days.. then from that day onwards, I am asking for my refund.. I wont give up for their sake.. so, I repeatedly folow up with Rukmini and one staff, Venkatesh.. I received one product for Rs. 1300 on 15 October 2023. For Balance Rs. 1799, I am continuously doing followup with them, but not yet received.. They are such unreliable person and they have started a fraud app cheating customers. I need to get my balance money back and shut down this fraud app and their business
