[Resolved]  Arun Dev Builders — Flat not deliverd since 2008

Hi, I had booked a flat in Bhiwadi on 2008.The Company issued me an acknowledgement receipt for booking with registration number-63092.I paid the due installment and booking amount on time.I paid Rs.1, 26, 000 and in the month of January 2012, I went to the construction site only to see no construction work. Concerned person at the site from the company assured me that work will start... However till now there is no work done by the builder. They are really fake and fraud. I want my money back.
