I was MTNL Landline subscriber ph. no.22387866.I was surrenderd in Sept.2021.
I submitted the application along with desired documents like Cancelled bank cheque, copy o[censored]IDAI duly signed for refund of security deposit at Laxmi Nagar Exchange on 29.09.2021.The official forwarded the same to AO(TR) & asked to wait .Soon the security deposit will be credited in the ac.
Alas? The funds are still in pipe line.
I request MTNL authorities to redress my grievance asap otherwisw I will be left with no alternative to refer the matter to higher authorities.
Hope that meticulous compliance is requested promptly.
