Hi
I joined in ASAP on 2013. From starting onwards they don't give salary for Public holidays and don't give shift allowances. I sent couple mails to hr people. I told that "if it will occurs again I would resign". But i did not get salary.
After that I left my job from their client company. After 1week they contacted me and said that we will pay your pending salary. As per them I waited up to 4 days but they don't give salary. At the end completely i left my job.
I am asking them for my documents.More over they told me that I[censored] pay last 2mnths salary we will provide your documents.
Please suggest me .
1 I did not get last one(Mar-14) month Salary and shift allowances from Oct2013 -Dec
