[Resolved] Ashish International Packers & Movers — Not refunding excess amount due after repetitive discussion from last one year | |||
Here is the detail with contact number I took service of this packers & Movers(Ashish International) for my transfer from Pune to Bangalore on April of 2011.I paid all the amount for that service before leaving pune. It took around 15 days for getting the goods. Few goods were lost or missing. As per our discussion he had to refund some balance.We also had one Window AC which he kept it with him and commited to refund total Rs 7000After I called him so many times. He told that he will be depositing the money soon. He kept on saying the saying the same for 2 yrs.Then at last he threatened that, dont call me again, i am not going to pay your money. Do whatever you want. He given 2-3 times threatening. Now He is not picking my call at all. I have enough proof to prove this things. Since I am staying now at Bangalore, I cant lodge a complaint against him in local police station. Beware of this Pune based fraud company, who is spreading in Nasik now as can not provided the service in Pune itself.
Lots of complaints on consumer forums and so many other sites about this fraud company. Ashok Sharma is owner, very sweet speaking while taking the work and payment.
Once full payment is received, he will show his real color. They are basically a goon.

1. On the web Company is showing two different address in Pune.
2. Website is fake.
3. Landline number is fake.
4. Multiple mobile number out of which few are non-functional. On the remaining number, use to pick the call only for time of payment receipt.
5. Dot't use to turn up after full payment.
6. Charges for the insurance but don't use to give any Insurance and coverage in case of loss or damage at their end.
7. Use to threaten people on follow-up for household. A goon.
8. They don't have proper storage facility/ warehouse.On top of that they have pat Rats/ Mouses etc to protect house holds.
This company should be sued and blacklisted. Please remove it from your site.
