[Resolved]  Ashish Mishra — Refund done on June 15, not yet processed

Hi I had travelled from Delhi to Pune on June 15. PNR# N3CBWI. While checking in, I was wrongly charged rs.3750 card ending 3007. It was then refunded but hasn't been processed yet. I had called Cust Care and they said it has been processed; but it has not yet reflected on my card yet. It's been more than 20 days now. Please look into it ASAP and advise. I got a call about this complaint and the person on call was asking me my debit card details, expity date and CVV no. All this is confidential info? Why it is needed for refund?
I think there is something fishy going on with Indigo.

All, be aware while travelling with this flight.
