[Resolved]  Asian Business Exhibitions & Conferences Ltd. (ABEC) — Bad company to join

There are lot many people who are talking negative of ABEC ltd. It is very true that this organization is DAMN bad, unethical, unprofessional company and unfortunately people who are working inside the company are badly looking for change – right from the top. HR head of the company is looking for change and yet they are dragging people inside which is unethical. HR Head is least bothered about someone’s career, wants to play around and secure job by meeting target and pleasing management.

Lot many candidates have posted their opinion, however we as a recruitment agency to ABEC have suffered setback when they did not pay our consulting fee which was just few thousands. We worked with them with heart for more than a year, ignored all the bad opinions on the company thinking that candidates might be wrong. However our thinking went wrong when we faced the music. Apart from little success over a year, we had handful of candidates joining and LEAVING COMPANY NEXT DAY for our HORROR. What testimony is required more than this which clearly indicates how bad company is?

We did talk to all the people who joined and quit and they unfolded the complete inside story. Honestly they shed their tears and repented for taking wrong decision. We also had huge decline ratio to support the above facts. Most
of them who selected did not join after reviewing the online review. We felt bad at that time; however we are at least happy for those people who did not ignore the review and choose not to join. In fact they are struggling to
recruit people even today and only gullible people are joining to find hell once they are inside the company right from day one.

They need Models / Angels to join them for PEANUT Salary and bring business to them from day one. During interview, HR team job is only to find negatives, ridicule personality, career progress etc and try and make people join for less salary than what one is getting. We had our piece of mind when one such capable excellent looking candidate took interview, faced humiliation in the hands of HR and called us to tell how they badly treated. Imagine how it could be after one joins company?

From long time we were considering to withdraw our support and few months before we were denied our fee we had quit working for them. At least we are happy now for our early decision by not putting candidates into trouble by recruiting to ABEC.

Now we are considering LEGAL ACTION against ABEC and our company lawyer is working on it…..It might be few thousands for us, but it is fight for us against injustice, unprofessional company who are cowards to face us by not responding to our calls / mails. It is just not only the fact of denying our fee; they also expect candidates to spend their salaries for their travel during job and always keep them on KNIFE edge to terminate owing to performance.

Does anyone want to still join this company and work on knife edge? PONDER?

To summarize, if you have to take a decision, please do not ignore any of the reviews online which are 100 % true. Else do not get carried by few reviews which might talk about positive of the organization – after all they are from
management or HR team who are struggling to meet their deadlines rather……
