The staff at the registration is so careless that they have mentioned incorrect name on the report.

I have informed the staff at the registration counter that the name is correct they just took it light because of that issue my office guys are not accepting my report coz of name incorrect and advise me to do the test again.

I would never recommend anyone to step into this hospital. They will charge you for un-necessary things (Wet wipes, gloves, bandages etc) if you don't check the bills.

As opposed to it's reputation, i'm highly disappointed with the management and orders of asian institute of gastroenterology. once a test is done, one has to bother himself with figuring out the next place of consultance. nobody will give you the exact details and direction to the next step and all you shall do is wait aimlessly.

I have visited hospital with my cousin at 8 am. There was just one lady at the counter collecting cash and payments. Took 40 mins for that. There was server down.

If this is the case how will patient be treated.
The mgmt team must take this into consideration.
I have seen employees also using personal phone on counter.

I am attend at 5pm as per management consultation and seated at 1st floor auditorium till 9 pm no body call me for doctor appointment. After that i am enquary my report file and found lost. They don't know about my file. After long time searching from one to another counter it will found at reception counter.
For that type of rubbish management system i am westing aprox 5 hours....

Very poor service. They give appointment for 8:30 am but for registration only it take 5 hrs, they take fees instant but issue receipt after 5 hrs. My self was tired waiting 5 hrs only for registration but till then i did not get receipt so i left without showing the doctor. The system should be proper, why you take fees first and do registration after 5 hrs. Who will i prove that i have given fees for registration.

I have visited this hospital earlier some 4-5 yes back and was more than satisfied to refer other people. But current situation is worst as the number of patients have increased by 4-5times and the hospital premises is not sufficient to accommodate the current inflow.
