Asianet — Abrupt discontinuation of service and extremely poor customer service. | |||||
On shifting my residence from Chennai to Palakkad, though I was having SUN TV HD connection, I preferred to avail an Asianet HD connection with the false hope that the services would be good. I had taken an Emerald connection by paying the fees upfront for one year. The connection was installed during August, 2015 with subscriber ID JA91035084.To my utter dismay, my LED TVs SMP board failed 3 times on connecting the set top box because of the power supply problem. Now I am not using HD. 4 days back, on finding that some of the channels were abruptly I had requested Asianet to add Surya and Kiran. Instead of adding the channels, for the last 4 days I am not able to access any channels. Though I have been calling up the Customer Service daily, nothing has happened till now. The attitude of the customer service cell personnel is also very deflecting. Pathetic state of affairs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
