I have put in a request this last Sunday, 31st of May, for shifting of my existing cable TV connection, annual payment done for this (otherwise I would have disconnected their service now), but the new address is just within 50 meters of the old connection, yet they didn't bother to attend the request despite raising 2 tickets (then what is the use of a customer care and local offices). My ticket numbers are AG[protected]Sunday) and AG[protected]today - June 3). It is really unfortunate that they are showing such an attitude to customer requests, PROMPTNESS FOR COLLECTION OF PAYMENT ON DUE DATE SHOULD BE APPLICABLE FOR ATTENDING COMPLAINTS/REQUEST, this is real poor service from them.
I want this to be installed at my new address asap, ELSE GIVE ME THE REFUND AS I HAVE ENOUGH OPTIONS FOR ME HERE. Was this information helpful? |
