[Resolved] Asianet — Blocking of cable connection | |||
Dear Sir, I am a subscriber of Asianet for more than 4 years under the area of Asianet Attingal.My name is .Mr. Nandakumaran Nair and my contact number registered with Asianet is [protected] as I don't remember my consumer ID Number.All these time my cable connection was renewed through collection agent this time also he called but not come.Since last Monday onwards my connection was found blocked, I checked with your customer care they told me that this is due to non remittance of subscription and it was done by their local office and ask me to contact them. Presently I am not in my home town only my family is in my home(wife & two kids) so I try to contact your people through phone so many time but no body took the phone. I am ready to settle my annual subscription but I can't able to contact any body of your staff. I never expect such a customer care service from a number one cable provider like Asianet. I am sorry to say, I am forced in search of some other cable provider to get a cable connection if I didn't get a solution for my complaint till end of this day . Was this information helpful? | |||
