Asianet Broadband — Improper customer services and poor response from the higher authorities | |||||
Respected Sir, I am Arun VK, working as an Assistant professor, I had taken Asianet broadband services for internet facilities (Customer Id: CN 89855). Since 17th October 2015, my connection was disconnected due to technical error. From that day, I am calling their customer service centre for registering the complaints. Still now, I didn't get any response from their side and till now i haven't any dies in net charges. Not only me, the customers nearer to my house are also suffering their unethical attitude towards the customers and last day the customer executive given 2 contact numbers of their higher authority but, those numbers are in switched off mode.
