I am a customer of Asianet broadband, Kerala. I have requested invoices many times to submit the invoice for my official purpose. They are always sending the wrong name even after the discussion with customer care. They promised call back and corrected invoices but nothing happened. I really don’t know what to do. I hope I can get an advise from this community.
