[Resolved] Asianet — can't view channels except a few | |
my net connection was not properly working for last one year. So I dint pay my subsciption last augest. After got promise to rectify my connection i remit my annual subsription in you mulanthuruthy last month. after a few days i registered a complaint GA03017806 dt 25/2/14 one technition came to my house and repair settopbox After a few days i could not view except one or two channels. but a message " you are not authorised". I again raise a complaint GA 03017902 dt 4/3/14. the complaint is still continueing i got a telephone no from your ernakulam office and advised me to contact in that no. I tried several times there and no answer. I also called your office no and one person take phone today morning and cut the same in a reason the speech is feble. After a few minits I tried again several times but no respons. So i request you to take necessary action in this regard.(my existing settopbox no. is MAC 001 E6B58D05C this may be repaired or replaced by your mulanthuruthy office) I have similar complaint in my broadband connection also PCN3734..I could not use it properly because of the service problem. so I cancelled the sameSo i requested them to cancell the same. But the are not disconnected the same. and regulerly I got messages from your office to pay on line the amount some tinmes the amt is 308.56 other times it 333.56 or 483.56 and finally it was 5.0.33 For the last few months I am using a netsetter of another company.
