Asianet Digital Cable TV — changing a channel to another pack, without any notice | |||||
Hello consumer complaint, First time hope it would help me out. So i've subscribed to a low pack of 290 rs/- per month which include max malayalam channel + sports + hind (Total of 90 channels). But today when i search for a channel called 'safari' (A popular travel channel) it shows "channel not subscribed, please contact asianet bla bla bla". So i've contacted them and they told that that channel has been moved to new plan, which is 455 rs/- per month and include 120 of channels. This is truly unfair, without any notice they... And this is not for the first time they are doing. They are cheating people. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The new system of channels selection as president TRAI does not go smoothly. On migration to the new plan we select channels and make payment. But we are not getting all the channels, we selected. Then we approach the Asianet Office and add the missing channels. To our surprise some other selected channels will be missing. I was after Asianet since 4th February 2019. Twice I took my STB to Asianet and they reset it. But o results. Tomorrow again I have to go to them for adding the balance channels from my selected list of channels. Pray to GOD to get it finalized tomorrow. GOD BLESS.
