Asianet — Disconnection of cable | |||
My self customer of asianet cable connection number GI91008438 has received a complaint resolved message in my phone number with ticket number GI00013152 on[protected] for the complaint which i registered with asianet for the disconnection of cable for not paying on the months of october 2015 to january 2016.so they reconnect me the connection as per the above complaint on this middle of january 2016 and again they disconnect 0n 08-march-2016.now i got a messagee in my phone on 10-march-2016 for the payement of rupees 960 .so now they are forcing me to pay for the months which i dont use the cable due to the disconnection which coasts 160 peer month from last october 2015 to march 2016.so kindly consider this complaint in a priority due to the irresponsible customer care offices/headoffice/district office and my local agents who did not take proper actions for my complaints which includes the complaint i submit to the local agent on 20-november-2015 with written complaint to reply for my complaint as per(right to information act) which they dont reply yet.
