[Resolved] Asianet — Disconnection of cable network | |||
Dear sir, I am availing Asianet cable conncetion and staying in Naval Base kochi Qtr no ¾. There is a frequent dis connection of cable without intimation, al though I have made complaint 4 times within one month, technician visits after some telephone calls and change the set top box and they never change the MAC no in the system.( three times the box changed within a short period) It is very sad to say that service of asianet is poor.
