[Resolved] Asianet — Disconnection of TV even when there is balance - GA91010073 | |||
I had taken one year digital TV subscription (Code GA[protected] on 24/04/2013, but as I had to travel abroad I had requested the office of Asianet to freeze the account. I returned to India only in September 2014 and reactivated my account from September 2014 onwards. On 15th November 2014, I got a message in my mobile that I have to clear a due to reactivate my services. On connecting with customer care they informed that I have a due of around Rs. 1580/- and so they have disconnected my connection. They provided me a number of the accounts section and on calling that number I was told to wait till Monday so that they will check on the matter. I would like to know what the problem is. Why are they disconnecting my service when I have only used 4 months of digital TV upto now. I still can enjoy 8 months uninterrupted service. I have lost 2 days of the subscription, and too on Weekend. I am really annoyed by the irresponsibility of Asianet. Kindly take immediate action on the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
