Asianet — Frequent Internet Disconnection and Bad behaviour from customer support | |||
Hello, I am very annoyed with the Asianet Broadband Connection. They have an advertisement in TV showing uninterrupted Internet connection. I'M afraid they are totally lying. My Internet connection is interrupted every week. may be 4 or 5 time per week. And sometimes connection will be gone for 2 min and restored quickly, this will happen very frequently 5 or six times in a day. Most annoying part is customer care. Called them to complaint. They told there is no issue. Then how come I am facing issue. When I started to explain they hung up the call and gone somewhere else. I called again to tell the same complaint. They simply cut the call. Note for new subscribers: Please never take cable/Internet connection from asianet. They don't care about customers. This is not a false issue. My Subscriber ID on asianet broadband is TV91650(Kerala, trivandrum, neyatinkara). I am attaching a proof from July month. Also don't think you can complain regarding this to CEO of asianet.
