[Resolved] Asianet — Hopeless Service | |||
This is with reference to the complaint registered on 16th May, 2014. Subscriber Code : AA02390027. Set Top Box Mac 001 AC 3F 1cc59. Customer Name : R. Sudhakaran. Mr. R. Sudhakaran, who is my father and who is 80+ years of age had to wait for 4 days and incur a lot of physical and mental stress due to the hopeless service of Asianet Satelllite communications. The complaint that the set top box stopped working on 16th May early morning was given and it was rectified only on 20th May, 2014(yesterday). Numerous phone calss were made to the 24x7 customer care # [protected] by my aged parents, but no action was taken. Always we got a response that they are sending a technician in the next 1 hour, but nobody came. Also, asianet looted my father by taking a cheque of INR 1200 without even coming and looking at as to what is the fault of the set top box. Finally when a technician came, he found out that it was just due to a faulty plug that the set top box stopped working. How can you say on the phone without even bothering to come and look at the set top box that it needs to be replaced with a new one and take money for it? You guys are hopeless!!! You made my aged father and mother come to your office so many times for the same issue. You guys are a ruthless bunch of people who don't care for elders or respect them.
