[Resolved]  Asianet — repalcement of set up box

asianet digital tv consumer no- KA 90211333 = Jyothikumar.G On May 14, 2014 the set up box of the digital tv connenction was not working properly .For the next 2 days I was trying to contact the asianet customer care centre, the phone will ring but after a few mininutes they will disconnect the phone without responding to it. On may 16 they took the phone and said that they will call back immediately with out taking or registering my complaint. But they didn't call back. On may 16 & 17 I tried to contact them several times, but again they will not attend the calls.At last on May 17 afternoon they took the phone and registered the complaint. They said that they will rectify the complaint today itself.The customer care centre didn't turn back for 3 days . On May 21, one man came to my house while I was at office and changed the set up box and went away without activating the same. He went away without activating the set up box, as if it our duty to call the concerned authorities and activate the same, if we want to see the TV programmes . On May 22 again I tried to contact them, and trying for several times I explained the situation to them and they said that the set up box will be activated soon. But no action was taken till date. Asianet satellite communication has an office only for collecting the subscription fees and to give the worst customer services. Is there any measure to take severe action against the company and the irresponsible staff, who is doing there job in a casual manner, who is responsible for wasting the money and time of valued customers.
