I am facing continuous disconnection with asianet broadband my subscriber code : hp7073 plan rs 750+ unlimited 400 gb i am facing continuous disconnection till the time i take the connection! The technical came to my home and said it don't have any problem but still am facing it its been 5 months still not solved if they dont solve the issue i am looking forward to another service provider who gives better connection. It will disconnect 5-10 time in an hour. Firstly i had rs 499 plan they disconnection is occurring due to this low plan so i upgraded it now they are telling me to upgrade my modem it will cost me about rs 1500. Worst connection in the market. As a paying customer i need a sable connection that satisfy me! I am not satisfied with their service. On my plan the tell me to test the speed and that time i got 20 mbps they say speed is very good in the plan that youre taken (I tell them i am having continuous disconnection they tell me to check the speed.
