[Resolved] Asianet Satellite Communications — asianet cable disconnected but still adding dues and torchering constantly | |||
Hi, I had requested to disconnect the asianet cable service in june 2019. I haven't recharged or used the service since then. After continuous follow ups over the mail and calls to service desk, they processed the disconnection request in september. There after i recieved multiple calls from regional/head offices asking for the reason for disconnection. I had conveyed the reason that they are charging too high which is no way worth for the service. After so long, today i got a call from asianet saying that i my cable connection is inactive but not disconnected and hence it will be auto renewed and i am liable to pay the dues. Why should i pay for the service which i haven't used at all? I could see similar complaints aganist them in this portal. Is this asianet's usual drama to loot the ex-customers. Feb 25, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Haven't recieved any sort of communication/response from Asianet. Still not sure if it is resolved. Asianet Satellite Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
