Hi My Asianet Digital Subscriber Code is GA91100454. I was migrated to Prepaid plan as per the TRAI regulation. I had opted for channels and have paid for the same. Since 9th Feb 2019 till 19th Feb 2019. I am in contentious follow up with the customer care each day to get my Free to Air Channels and they mention that this will be resolved in 20 minutes or half an hour and the same is still unresolved and iam getting only 7 channels apart from the statutory channels suggested by TRAI. Most importantly my issue is unanswered and resolved after 10 days. I had an amount balance of 341 Rs which is deducted automatically by the service provider and was showing a -ve balance yesterday. Request your goodself to pls look into this and help out with a solution. While contacting the customer care initially they where reluctant to give me a complain ticket number finally yesterday they have issued a Complanint number with is GA 1243878 Was this information helpful? | |||
