The channels Pogo and Cartoon network are broadcasted in Hindi automatically, without the consent of the customer. The issue is taken up with interaction LB0041569., But
surprisingly the complaint is closed without resolving the problem. Service personnel who dealt with the complaint is saying that the issue is taken up with top executives, but since 5 months nothing positive ever happened.Customer want the channels Pogo and Cartoon network in Malayalam, else customer will force to change over from service provider beacuse it is the only solution .
New complaint number for the same complaint is LB0041862.
