Asianet Satellite Communications — channels cut off abruptly without intimation | |||
I am a 15 years long subscriber of asianet satellite communications (Digital tv). Yesterday they cut off abruptly my connection without any intimation. On enquiry they told me that i have not paid the february subscription. But i was ready to pay the february subscription when the bill collector came for january subscription. Then he told me to wait as some changes are coming during february. So i wasn't able to pay then. Now asianet cut off my connection abruptly. All my neighbours are getting their channels. However i paid the february subscription today morning. But even now (At 9.45pm) they have not my connection. They are not showing the it haste in cutting off in restoration. I humbly request you to please issue necessary directions to restore my connection possibly tomorrow itself. Thanking you, P. N.
