Had applied for Kerala gold package. Subscriber Id: AA90111176 However most of the channels are missing. News 18, times now, sports channels to list few. Please resolve asap as it's impacting relationship. Both with asianet and family. Hence treat this with utmost seriousness and resolve. Ensure all channels mentioned in the package and free channels are available. Please don't make me follow up atleast for this case. Complaint description ends here.
