1. I have selected the channels online on 07 Feb 18 and accordingly payment for the same was deducted from my account on 08 Feb 18. However, I have made several times (50 times) complain to customer care and local cable operator to resolve the problems. My complain ticket nos are GE0085136 and GE0085149. Many times they are not registered my complain stating that wait for 20 min, 1 hour or upto evening.
2. The customers care representatives are very casual in nature and not giving any importance to my case. Was this information helpful? |
