Hi Asianet digital tv is blockign dd sports during india world cup matches. Our understanding is world cup television broadcasting rights are given to star sports and ddsports (For india matches, semi finals and finals). It is seen that asianet cable blocks dd sports during india matches and all other time the channel is kept open. The message displayed is attached as screenshot. We believe asianet digital tv is not telecasting as per the law and hence request necessary action to be taken to resolve the issue, which would help a lot of consumers in kerala, where asianet is a leading cable operator Kindly note, we are happy see local cables adhere to the law and do not block dd sports.
