Kindly disconnect my broadband connection as I am switching to my company-issued broadband connection. Please do the needful ASAP.
I have already sent an email to the help desk as per the instructions of a customer service executive ([protected]@asisanetbroadband.com) and it's been more than a month.
Tried contacting the customer care service many times, had to wait in a long queue to get the call connected. After telling the representative about the issue all they do is ask the sub code and disconnect the call. Right now I had received an SMS asking to pay 2000Rs as my broad band bill which was asked to disconnect a month ago.
