Sir,
I, sreekumar, is requesting u to cancel the asianet dataline broadband internet connection. As we already informed about the cancellation of internet connection about 3 months ago, but no action has been taken till now. It is noticed from the bill, that the total usage is 0mb and we are still recieving the bill of internet of the subcode:tv103193.

Customer service agent even after 24 he still sing same song "plz wait 24 hrs"
Pay money and then for long time channels wont come
Customer service rep arw uneducated they don't read at all.
