Asianet Satellite Communications — disconnection of broadband services | |||
Hi, i lost my business on sept 2019. I have been trying to get back my pending payments while searching for another job. I paid the broadband bills till march. On april i made partial payment also towards asianet. Today afternoon they disconnected the connection on account of pending payment. When their collection agent came, i requested them to reconnect and pay the only 1000 rs i had left, since my job searches and interviews happen only online during this lockdown. He flatly refused and even insulted me.in india it's common to be insulted when you don't have money. But atleast during this lockdown they should be a bit sensitive. You lost a customer today asianet. The way you collection agent treats people, you will lose a lot more customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
