Asianet Satellite Communications — double charge on setup box | |||||
I sreejith. S customer id ag91013879, i took asianet cable connection on june 2019. During the connection i paid for new setup box. When it tried to add new channels through online, channels were not getting added, asianet team informed me that they would be replacing a new set up box since there is a manufacturing defect. After replacing a new setup box they have charged me additional cost for new setup box. I do not want to make any double payment, since i have not demanded any change in set up box, and i have already paid for the new one, it was a fault from asianet for not connecting the right setup box.
