Asianet Satellite Communications — frequent disconnections from 6th jan 2020 | |||
I have an asianet broadband connection with subscriber no:cn43728, - i have issues with frequent disconnection with the internet from 6th jan 2020. The first complaint was raised on 6th jan 2020 and till date, asianet is not able to resolve the issue. My neighbors here also have the same issue, which confirms that it is an issue at asianet end. The complaint has been raised multiple times with nodal officers at asianet but again we customers didn't receive any resolution till date. Please take some action so that we get this resolved asap. Due to the covid situation, we all are working from home and we don't have any other option. The customer service at asianet is the worst, they have a miss call number to raise a complaint, but no one calls or registers any complaint even if we give miss calls multiple times.
